We are a boutique financial advisory firm incorporated in the Qatar Financial Centre. We provide corporate finance advisory to clients across Qatar, Turkey and the MENA region.

Gaurang is a career banker with 25 plus years of experience in Banking and Finance spread across Investment Banking, Wholesale Banking, Treasury & Asset Management and Private Banking.

Over the years Gaurang has successfully originated and executed several Mergers, Acquisitions & Private Equity transactions, helped raise Equity and Debt Capital, managed Private Banking Portfolios, negotiated JVs and partnerships and offered advisory on corporate structuring and re-organization. He has managed to build and nurture strong and lasting Corporate, Institutional and Private banking relationships.

Prior to establishing his own advisory practice, Gaurang worked with global financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank and Doha Bank as well as with a regional advisory firm, Alpen Capital.
​
Gaurang is a finance professional with BSc. (Hons) in Management Studies from University of Manchester (UMIST), UK and is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, India. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston (Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions).
